Work shop on Raising Capital & Managing Finance for Startups

St. Mary's Centenary College of Management (SMCCoM), in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organized a one-day workshop titled "Raising Capital & Managing Finance for Startups" on 22nd April 2025 at the Marian Seminar Hall. The workshop was aimed at equipping aspiring entrepreneurs, management students, and early-stage startup founders with practical insights into securing funding and effectively managing financial resources. The primary objectives of the workshop were, to educate participants on various sources of startup funding, to offer insights into financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for startups, to encourage a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students. The workshop on "Raising Capital & Managing Finance for Startups" was a significant step towards nurturing a financially aware and startup-ready generation of students. SMCCoM continues to foster innovation and entrepreneurial development through such meaningful initiatives.
