Training & Placement Programme

St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management successfully organized a three-day Training & Placement Programme from 17th to 19th November 2025, followed by a Campus Placement Drive on 19th November 2025 under the guidance of the Career Development Cell (CDC). Professional trainers Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Satish conducted sessions on communication skills, leadership, résumé building, interview techniques, and corporate readiness, helping students enhance their confidence and employability. The Placement Drive witnessed the participation of several reputed companies, including TATA AIA, HDFC Bank, WinWin FinExperts, YOMA, HDB Financial Services, MobiKwik, SAHRS, Human First, Amazon, OPPO, ISPARe Software Solutions, and others. Students took part in aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews, gaining valuable exposure to real recruitment processes. The event provided excellent placement opportunities and strengthened students’ preparedness for the corporate world. The college appreciates the efforts of the trainers, recruiters, and the CDC for making this initiative a grand success.
