St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management, Secunderabad, successfully organized the State Level Management Fest 2.0 – EMPRESA 2026 on 10th and 11th April 2026 at Marian Grounds. The two-day fest served as a dynamic platform for students to explore innovation, enhance managerial competencies, and engage with real-world business challenges. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of over 500 students from various districts of Telangana, representing diverse academic streams such as B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA, M.Com, and M.A. The enthusiastic involvement of participants reflected the growing interest in management education and entrepreneurial development. The fest was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Dr. P. Anthony Vinay, Director of the institution, who inspired the students with his thought-provoking address. He emphasized the importance of staying relevant in today’s rapidly evolving world and encouraged students to embrace innovation and leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to build future-ready careers. EMPRESA 2026 featured a wide range of formal and informal events designed to test knowledge, creativity, and managerial skills. Key formal events included Investomania (Finance), Mercado Innovate (Marketing), Business Plan and Pitch (Entrepreneurship), Business Quiz, Next Sphere – Young Manager, and Strata Vision – Data Analytics. Informal events such as Hypermnesia, Talent Hunt, and Creative Corner added vibrancy and provided a platform for students to showcase their talents beyond academics. The fest effectively integrated modern technology, with smart boards used for presentations, online platforms for data analytics competitions, and digital tools for coordination and evaluation. This technological approach ensured efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with current industry practices. A notable highlight of the fest was the active involvement of students in planning and execution. Their teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills played a crucial role in the seamless conduct of the event. EMPRESA 2026 significantly contributed to enhancing students’ analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
