St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management, Secunderabad, observed P.N. Panicker National Reading Day & Digital Reading Day as part of the Reading Month Celebrations 2026 from 19th June to 18th July 2026 under the theme “Read and Grow.” Organized under the guidance of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), the programme aimed to promote reading habits, lifelong learning, and digital literacy among students and faculty. The celebration emphasized the importance of reading as a foundation for knowledge, critical thinking, creativity, and personal growth in today’s technology-driven world. A key highlight of the programme was the Book Donation Drive, which encouraged students and faculty members to donate books to support learning and strengthen the institution’s reading culture. Participants also explored the benefits of digital reading through e-books and online learning resources while reaffirming the value of traditional reading practices. The event concluded successfully with a collective commitment to fostering a culture of reading and lifelong learning, inspiring everyone to “Read to Learn, Read to Inspire, Read to Succeed, and Read to Grow.”
