St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management, Secunderabad, proudly hosted the MEGA PLACEMENT DRIVE 2025 on 7th July 2025, in collaboration with LYROS Technologies, the Telangana TPO Association (TTPOA), and Startek. This large-scale initiative was designed to provide career opportunities to undergraduate and postgraduate students from diverse academic backgrounds. Open to students from BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech, and M.Sc streams from the academic years 2022 to 2025, including current final-year students, the drive witnessed overwhelming participation from universities and affiliated colleges across Telangana. The event commenced with a motivating address by Rev. Fr. Dr. Anthony Vinay, Director of the College, who emphasized the importance of adaptability in the modern job market. “Update yourself with current job market trends, or risk becoming outdated,” he stated, further stressing, “AI is transforming every industry, and students must stay ahead.” Mr. Sundeep, from LYROS Technologies, shared valuable insights on industry expectations and student preparedness, underscoring the need for constant upskilling. The drive successfully connected aspiring professionals with leading employers, offering both employment opportunities and career guidance. It stood as a testament to the college’s commitment to enhancing student employability and fostering industry-academia collaboration.
