St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management (SMCCoM), Secunderabad, successfully organised a Placement Drive conducted by Savantis Solutions LLC for its client HCL on 23 January 2026 at the Marian Seminar Hall. The drive was coordinated by the Career Development Cell (CDC) with the aim of enhancing students’ employability and strengthening industry–institution collaboration. The programme began with a brief inaugural session, graced by Rev. Fr. Dr. P. Anthony Vinay, Director & Principal, SMCCoM; Dr. Jayram, President, Telangana Training and Placement Officers Association (TTPOA); Sri Revanth, Head – HR, Savantis Solutions; and Sri K. Shyam Kumar Reddy, HR Manager, Savantis Solutions. The dignitaries addressed the gathering and shared insights on career readiness, industry expectations, and professional growth. Following the inaugural session, the placement drive commenced with active participation from nearly 250 students from various colleges. The recruitment process was conducted in three stages: a Group Discussion round, followed by a Technical round, and concluding with the HR round. The structured selection process enabled students to demonstrate their communication skills, technical knowledge, and suitability for corporate roles. The placement drive provided valuable exposure to real-time recruitment practices and served as an effective platform for students to take a confident step towards their professional careers.
