St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management (SMCCoM) hosted ESPERANZA-3.0, the freshers’ day celebration, on 8 November 2025 at the St. Mary’s Auditorium. The event marked a vibrant welcome to the new MBA Batch of 2025–2027. The Programme commenced with inviting the esteemed guests to the dais: Rev. Fr. Dr. P. Anthony Vinay, Director, SMCCoM. Mr. Ramchander Madella- Global CHRO & Executive Director – Strategy & Product, Kerrn Automations Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Divya Chowdary- HR Head, Solveify Tech & Mr. Chandralekha Vadaram, Senior Learning Consultant, Critical River Inc. The formal proceedings began with the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom, knowledge, and new beginnings. This was followed by a Bible reading, setting a reflective and inspiring tone for the event. Rev. Fr. Dr. P. Anthony Vinay addressed the gathering, encouraging students to embrace academic rigor, personal growth, and professional readiness. His message was followed by an insightful address from Mr. Ramchander Madella, who shared valuable perspectives on corporate expectations, employability, and the evolving role of management professionals. The event transitioned into a lively cultural segment showcasing the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of the freshers. Performances included music, dance, and artistic displays, culminating in an engaging ramp walk that added excitement and vibrancy to the celebration. ESPERANZA-3.0 successfully blended tradition, inspiration, and entertainment—creating a memorable beginning to the students’ journey at SMCCoM.
