Berkadia Placement Drive 2025 at SMCCoM

St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management (SMCCoM), Secunderabad, successfully hosted a two-day Campus Placement Drive in collaboration with Berkadia, a global leader in real estate and mortgage services, on 24th & 25th September 2025. The event was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Dr. P. Anthony Vinay, Director & Principal, SMCCoM, who welcomed the Berkadia team and encouraged students to seize the opportunity. Distinguished speakers Mr. Aditya Kuchibhotla (Vice President – Primary Servicing) and Mr. Anup Nair (Vice President – Global Production Operations) shared valuable insights into Berkadia’s operations, work culture, and career growth prospects in the finance sector. The recruitment process included multiple assessment rounds—MCQ test, essay writing, and personal interviews—designed to evaluate cognitive, analytical, and communication skills. MBA (Finance) students actively participated, gaining real-world exposure and industry knowledge. The placement drive concluded successfully, marking another milestone in SMCCoM’s mission to empower students with practical opportunities and strengthen its industry-academia collaboration.
